In short, I failed to build a “reasonably smart” agent on local hardware. Everything launches, but it is either slow (lmstudio server mode works poorly), too dumb, or missing tools. At some point I realized this no longer made sense, because OpenClaw already does almost everything I described.
I installed OpenClaw and ran it on Gemini 3 Flash. I enabled internet access and added a couple of skills. Then I did the key thing: I fed it all posts from this channel. Now it understands my context and my interests.
