While waiting at Savyolovsky station, I decided to calculate how much time I spent on trains in 2025:
83 hours for work on long-distance trains (SPB - MSK) 30 hours on commuter trains (MSK - Dubna) 50 hours on a train to Crimea and back for a conference 34 hours on commuter trains (Baltiyskaya - University) 38 hours during summer travel (Mineralnye Vody - MSK - Ivanovo) 15 hours (SPB - Ivanovo)
Total: 250 hours, or 10 days, or 2.7% of the year 2025.
